I Can Write Alphabet Sentences
Total Pages: 52 pages
The Alphabet Sentences resource is a fun way to introduce beginning letter sounds, sight words, and early writing skills.
There are 26 pages included. Short vowel words are used on the five vowel pages. There is no prep work required, other than printing. Students will need a pencil and crayons.
Students will practice uppercase and lowercase letter formation for letters A-Z. You can have students use multiple colors to rainbow write the letters. Then students will trace the sentence starter and use the word bank with images to either trace or complete the sentences.
There are two options included for each letter:
•Trace the Sentence: Students will trace all four sentences. The beginning sound words are filled in for students to trace.
•Complete the Sentence: Students will trace each sentence and write the beginning sound word on their own.
These pages can be used as beginning handwriting practice, and for homework or for small groups. You can also slide the pages in a page protector for use with a dry erase marker.
