Why isn’t my file printing correctly?
If the file is in a PDF format, especially a PDF with a lot of graphics, it may look fine on your screen, but may not print out correctly.
If you’re having trouble printing a PDF, be sure that you’re downloading and opening the PDF with the latest version. If you need to update your PDF software, you can download a free version here at Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Once Adobe Acrobat Reader is downloaded and installed on your computer, you’ll want to take the following steps:
- Open the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Click “Print”
- In the “Page Sizing & Handling” section, select “Shrink Oversized Pages” or “Choose paper source by PDF page size.” (This is helpful for oversized pages or pages where the edges are being cut off.)
- Click on “Advanced” and check the box that says “Print as Image”. (This is especially helpful with pages that aren’t printing correctly.)
- Click “Print” to print the document
Where do I download the file I purchased?
The products are digital downloads. There are two ways you can access your purchase: from a link in the email or from your MY ACCOUNT page.
#1 After purchase you should have received a receipt email with a download link to your purchase(s). If you didn’t receive this e-mail, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
From the receipt, click on the product that you want to download. Be sure to do this from a computer or laptop, not a mobile device.
#2 If you created an account during the check-out process, you can also access your downloads through the My Account page. The My Account page is located under the “Shop” tab on the main page.
Sign in to your account, click “Downloads” on the left, and you’ll see a list of the items that you have ordered. Just click on the pink button on the right and the file will download. You can come to the site and download them at any time.
If you checked out as a guest and would like to create an account, you can do so by registering here. After you create an account, contact me and let me know. I will need to link your purchases to your newly created account.
