Looking for a fun way to help students master letter recognition? In addition to learning letters, this set of letter sorting worksheets allows students to practice fine motor skills like cutting and gluing. The letters shown on each page are presented in a variety of fonts which helps students learn to recognize letters in a variety of texts and settings {such as environmental print}. Best of all, there's no prep for you!

This packet contains 26 letter sorting worksheets for each letter of the alphabet. These no prep pages will help students learn to distinguish and sort uppercase and lowercase letters. In addition, students will also practice sorting, writing/tracing, cutting, pasting, and coloring on each page.

To complete this activity, students will trace the large letters at the top of the page. Rather than using pencils, you could have students rainbow write these letters for extra practice.

Next, students will cut apart the letters, sort them, and then glue them in the uppercase and lowercase sections. For beginning learners, you could have them use two different crayons to color the uppercase and lowercase letters before cutting them apart.

Finally, students will color the squares showing the matching uppercase and lowercase letters. You could have students use two different color crayons to show the uppercase and lowercase letters.
